To enable us to provide end-to-end communications solutions for our customers, we have developed a number of close relationships with the world’s leading technology companies including Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco Systems, Genesys and Microsoft. Many of our employees hold the highest levels of technology vendor certification as well as certifications from PMI (Project Management International) and ITIL. Our ongoing investments in systems and processes as well as training and development of our people have resulted in industry-leading customer satisfaction ratings and the highest levels of vendor certification.
NextiraOne was created in Europe in April 2002 through the acquisition of Alcatel’s multi-vendor Enterprise service and distribution business. Between 2002 and 2006 NextiraOne made a number of acquisitions to strengthen expertise in IP and security technologies as well as extend market presence in strategic markets. In summer 2006, NextiraOne management backed a private equity buy-out of the company by ABN AMRO Capital France. Key members of the European management team of NextiraOne are shareholders in the business.
