Rafi Kouyoumdjian
Chief Executive Officer, President of the Management Board
Rafi Kouyoumdjian joined NextiraOne as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in June 2006. Previously Rafi headed up broadband provider Tiscali in France, helping establish the company as a leading provider in the country ahead of its acquisition by Telecom Italia. He also spent 13 years at European IT services company, Econocom Group rising to the position of group Managing Director.

Jean-Jacques Berthelon
VP Finance, Legal & IT, Management Board member
Jean-Jacques Berthelon was appointed VP Finance, Legal and IT of NextiraOne in June 2006. He brings more than 20 years experience of the international technology sector gained working with NextiraOne as Group CFO and for market innovators such as Compaq Computer Corporation (12 years) and Dell Computer Corporation.

Foucault de la Rochère
Managing Director France, Management Board member
Foucault de la Rochère was appointed in June 2006 as Managing Director for NextiraOne in France. Previously European Vice-President Sales, Marketing & Services for the NextiraOne Group, Foucault has a strong commercial background that includes more than a decade in sales and marketing roles as well as extensive experience in operational service management.

Ingrid De Latte
Managing Director Benelux – Management Board Member
Ingrid De Latte joined NextiraOne in March 2005 and is responsible for management of the NextiraOne businesses in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. She has extensive experience of the corporate enterprise and complex services market in the region. Previously, Ingrid held a number of senior sales and marketing positions in technology and service companies including Rank Xerox, Kodak, Belgacom, KPN and as Managing Director for Avaya Belux.

Carlos Inocencio
Managing Director Spain & Portugal, Management Board member
Carlos Inocencio is responsible for the development of NextiraOne’s business in Iberia and for the daily management of the NextiraOne Spanish and Portuguese operations. Previously Carlos developed his career in sales and general management with Alcatel Corporate Communications in Portugal and as General Manager of Alcatel e-Business Distribution in Spain.

Jérôme Ané
Group Chief Financial Officer
Jérôme Ané joined the NextiraOne European Management team as Group Chief Financial Officer in December 2006. Before joining NextiraOne, Jérôme worked as Group Corporate Controller for Rémy Cointreau and held senior international finance positions in France and abroad with Pechiney / Alcan.

Marek Kobielski
Managing Director Poland & Central Europe
As Managing Director of NextiraOne Poland & Central Europe, Marek is responsible for the development of NextiraOne’s business in this region. As well as the day-to-day operation of NextiraOne Poland he also supervises the independent country businesses of NextiraOne in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. Marek began his career working for the State-owned Teletransmission Enterprise in Warsaw in 1989, before moving to Alcatel (Alcatel’s Enterprise service and distribution business) where he spent 12 years as managing director in Poland.

Roberto Pesce
Managing Director Italy
Roberto Pesce joined NextiraOne in 2002, after leaving his position as Sales & Marketing Director of the Italian Telco Atlanet. Previously, Roberto participated to WIND start up, as Business Market Director and he was the Fiat Group Worldwide Telecommunications Director for 10 years.

Axel Schnell
Managing Director Germany
Axel Schnell took over the Management of NextiraOne´s German operations in February 2007. He brings 15 years of software and service operational experience gained working within NextiraOne and Alcatel. Previously, Axel headed up the NextiraOne Service Organization, responsible for many of the high-quality processes and methodologies used by NextiraOne Experts today.

Margarete Schramboeck
Managing Director Austria
Margarete Schramboeck became Managing Director of NextiraOne Austria in April 2002 and has successfully built the company into Austria's leading communications services business. Previously, Margarete spent seven years with Alcatel gaining experience in all major company functions.

Steven Skakel
Managing Director UK & Ireland
Steven Skakel joined NextiraOne in 2005 following the successful acquisition and integration of GFI Informatics’ UK operations. He has more than 20 years experience of the enterprise communications market gained in operational sales and service roles.

Walter Zemp
Managing Director Switzerland
Walter Zemp is responsible for the operations of NextiraOne in his native Switzerland. Walter brings to the company more than 30 years of experience of the IT and telecommunications markets gained with MDS Mohawk Data Science Corporation and as CEO of Alcatel e-Business Distribution AG Switzerland.
